Cannot send email

With free hosting account and rvs can not sen email,

the error is

Disallowed content found in MIME attachment - not valid email
.

Please help me with this problem.

What exactly are you trying to mail out? Some sort of attachment? That almost seems like it is being caught for spam before it is sent out by the mail server.
