suspension of account

i wish to bring to your notice the suspension of my free hosting account (gmapservices.pcriot.com). I was not aware that proxies cannot be used to visit cpanel of own site. In view of this, i appeal that the said account be reinstated and i promise strict adherence to x10hosting rules.
Looking forward to having my account reinstated.

Using a proxy to access x10hosting doesn't cause a proxy suspension. Installing one on your account does, which is what got you suspended.

The TOS has its own section for Proxies which indicates we do not allow them to be on our servers for any reason. Given the fact that the proxy is also the -only- thing on your account, that leaves this as a permanent suspension.
