(FTP) Login authentication failed - Critical Error!
Just changed my domain from .elementfx to just .com, now FTP won't let me login!
I tried changing the host from domain.elementfx.com to just domain.com in FTP and still nothing.
My username and password has not changed.
Am I missing an important step for new domains?

Try using stoli.x10hosting.com as the address for ftp instead.

Try changing your nameservers for your .com domain to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
You could also try updating your password through your account panel, which will update the password for your forum account, account panel, and cPanel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
