hello, my website is not opening in browser this is what page have on when I try to open my hosted site - "Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format major ID 1, whereas the Loader expects 4 in /home/mishaau/public_html/index.php on line 0"

Either your site has been down for a very long time now, or it is new and has never worked here.

The error you are receiving is telling you that your site is encoded for an old version of Zend Guard/Zend Optimizer. Sites encoded to work with version 5.2 or earlier will not work in version 5.3 (or later). Zend has stated publicly that they are not going to fix the problem.

You may have gotten an encoded script somewhere, in which case you'd need to find a newer version that is either unencoded, or is encoded for version 5.3 of Zend Guard/Zend Optimizer. If you built your site using SiteReptile (the old sitebuilder on cPanel), then you're pretty much out of luck (and your site hasn't been working for weeks, whether you knew that or not).
