Error in creating hosting

Hi guys

Last time I tried I could not post here - so trying again:
I get an error (3rd time now) when trying to sign up for free hosting:
Pending Hosting Account Signup | submitted October 3 at 7:56 am | 3h6kJDSbBeQ9 action status
Error occurred during processing error code 384F0062
result
An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request.

I first tried to signup 22nd September - and it has now failed 3 times.

Bump

I tried to change username and requested domain (same email though)

But it has now failed again.... starting to loose hope

Guess I should look for other free hostings then...
