Cant connect via ssh

Hello, i cant connect to my server via ssh, Putty gives this error:
Disconected: no supported authentification methods available

I was able to login via ssh 2 weeks ago,

SSH is disabled on all free hosting accounts, you would need to purchase premium hosting in order to be able to use SSH.

Thanks for the reply. This is new isnt it? or I wasnt able to use ssh before and now i cant?? Also why are there ssh keys configuration on my cPanel? Im confused

Not new. The servers were (at least in the past 2 years) never supposed to have SSH access.

cPanel is cPanel. It often displays incorrect information.

I believe that icon is present in cPanel as it's one of the icons we can't actually disable. I've also heard rumors that SSH was somehow enabled for one particular server when it wasn't supposed to be; if that actually was the case, I apologize on behalf of x10hosting, but as descalzo has indicated, none of the servers have supposed to have SSH. The only correction I need to make is it's more like the last 6 years, not last 2 - they haven't had it since I joined in june 2005
