cPanel Login Page Error for the past two days.

I keep getting this error message:

This webpage is not available
The webpage at https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 501 (net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE): Unknown error.

I think the problem may have something to do with an SSL 'Security Certificates' issue. I can't open cPanel from my web bookmarks (http://dotmoth.net:2082/) but from within the forum I can get to it via a certificate warning page (https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/).

Could someone help sort this out for me. I use SRWare Iron / Chrome web browser and am running mac osx 10.7

That page seems to load fine for me. Are you still getting the error?
