Terminated account re-enable?

Hi,

I've returned back to x10hosting after a long time to find that my account has been terminated. (Due to inactivity I guess)
I've tried to enable free web hosting but this message appears instead.

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.

If you believe that this is a mistake you may open a support ticket here.

So I went to sign up for a hosting account, but after filling in the details for the hosting, the page keeps bringing me back to the account homepage, with no web hosting.

Is there anyway I could re-enable webhosting on this account again? Or I'll have to register using another email address?

Did you stay logged in to your account panel when you followed the links to sign up for an account? That way it will be associated with your current forum and email.
