Ftp not working and unable to request support

    Hello,
this thread is similar to a previous one but for some reason I was unable to reply.
I created an account yesterday on Lotus server and FileZilla tells me: "421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry". The browser's file manager works correctly.
Also, it is not possible for Lotus users to file a support request.
    Thanks

Re: Ftp not working and unable to request support

This is the support request section that you've posted in. You can't reply to other's support threads until you get a high number of posts to be in the usergroup in the forum here able to respond to support requests. You can reply to your own support threads here.

Make sure that you have only one logged in session going on with your FileZilla and try again. Otherwise, try your cPanel filemanager to maintain your site.
