    why my cpanel is changed?

    Disk Space Usage of my account is 500mb,but it was unlimeted...and i cant find rvsitebuilder in my cpanel....please,can you restore my cpanel...sorry for my english....

    When you requested account deletion before, you were warned about your country restrictions should you sign up for a new account. You acknowledged it.

    You'll need a working website that complies with TOS, and your account needs to be at least 7 days old before requesting a lift of the restrictions.
