just reporting FTP problem on CHOPIN server with Cute FTP... tried with FileZilla... same result

I am just unable to upload a 1.45Ko gif icon... and my Disk Space Usage is 828.05 / for 1024 MB allowed...

so where is the problem and anyone can resolve this, please..?
