    Why does it take so long to get an answer here???

    I am considering taking advantage of your premium hosting service because i find the ease of use, and excellent software choices for my forum to be a great plus for you, but your support to the free hosting sucks,

    Is this an indication of what i could expect after i spent my hard earned dollars to pay you for premium hosting???

    Firstly, I apologize for you not receiving an answer immediately.

    I've found your post, and I'd like to answer your question: I have no clue why/if it's going down. Most likely, there's some intermittent blips that are rendering the site unavailable. There's nothing we can do here. If it happens to you again, please let us know and we'll investigate.

    Secondly, the reason you haven't received an answer immediately is fairly simple. If you'd noticed, we get ~500 tickets/day here - and that's just free hosting. We have a staff of volunteers who, like me, take time out of our busy lives and schedules to look here and answer user's questions. Unfortunately, we can't get to all of them right when they're asked, and unfortunately a lot of tickets go unanswered because they are able to slip through the cracks. This isn't a ticket system where we can click "unanswered" and find all the tickets with 0 replies. It's a forum, and as such, a few tickets slip and never get answered.

    We try our best to answer all tickets in a timely fashion - and to be honest, your ticket is only 2 days old... not that long to wait considering we're offering you a free service, and your problem isn't urgent.

    Our premium services have 99.9% uptime SLA, and also have premium support, where we take care in answering tickets as quickly as possible. This is just not possible to offer or to do on a free hosting platform. The amount of tickets is just too vast.

    Again, I apologize that your ticket wasn't answered. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask here.
