Activating infinite space on another server

My friend have an account in x10hosting.com with lotus server with only 500MB space limit. In your hosting forum it was told that after 7 days , he can request to lift his limits, but when he tried to create a supprt request , he was told that support request creation in allowed in lotus server, so i'm writing on behalf of him. Please activate infinite space plan on his account. His username is 'qubeinfo' (without quotes). Thank you.

http://www.qubespace.in/jst-a-min/ and http://www.qubespace.in/real-version/ do not follow the TOS which indicates all pages must be present in english, spanish, or french, and no translation is available. Part of the upgrade requirements indicate he needs to have a valid TOS abiding website; at the moment, he doesn't.

He's welcome to request it once he gets a translation up. He'll want to use http://x10hosting.com/forums/newthre...=newthread&f=9 to open the ticket if the account panel is acting up for him.

Actually that website is uses malayalam unicode scripts, you can use any translator to understand it. It does not have any abuses, illegal or sexual words in it. Its clean neat and clear. So I request you to extend its size to infinity. That site is made for local people in Kerala. That is why its made in malayalam. He cant make that website to english. So please understand his situation and extend its size. Please do this.
