i cant access file in subfolder

yo, i have a webpage in a subfolder, but i dont know how to access it, i tried to access in

http://sk1llzon.x10.mx/home/fbbyjeff/contacttushtml

fbbyjeff is the subfolder

Anything you want to be accessible from the internet needs to be in or below the public_html directory. For example a file called stpvoice.html in public_html would show at http://mysite.com/stpvoice.html. If I create a directory within public_html called "hello" then put my stpvoice.html file inside that, it would show at http://mysite.com/hello/stpvoice.html
