Unable to raise my web site after uploading my files

I have uploaded my web site pages but try as I might I cannot raise my web site.
I am doing something wrong but what ?
I have tried adding the index page but it makes no difference.

At http://ozcoetrucks.x10.mx/ I see "????" in a page. What do you see at your end when trying to load your site?
