Free account when I have paid?

Hello,
I upgraded my account to paid, premium hosting, why does my account still say free? And I would like the .com in order to keep domain and get it trademarked so please let me know what is up?
Seemed as a free member everything was done much quicker and now nothing once I pay?

Hello,

If you upgraded to premium you will have been given an entirely new account on http://x10premium.com/
You should have been emailed login details etc.
If you open a ticket in the premium clients' area, your free hosting account can be migrated by staff to your new premium one.
