cPanel & ftp NOT working (again)

Hi there,

again I can't access FTP (via Fillezilla) & cPanel.
When trying to access FTP I get this Error: "421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry"
I'm sure that no one except me even knows about this FTP access so I know that there's no chance that 50 users are logged in.

Another thing is that that I can't make any backups in phpbb3 and I know that worked flawless one month ago. I always get this error:
503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

Hello,

The domain you're referring to is linked to a different forum account from the one you posted from. To discuss an account you must log into the account linked to the domain for security reasons. Without this we cannot provide any specific assistance.

And for the record, that domain is loading fine here. Also, the 50 user limit is per server, not per account. We are waiting for a resolution on that one.
