The resource limit is in place on every free hosting account to ensure that people cannot monopolise an unfair amount of server resources. Accounts found to be doing so are redirected to the warning page for one hour. If this is happening often then you may need to consider an upgrade to premium, where limits are considerably higher due to reduced accounts per server. Also, the limit is the same on all free hosting accounts. No exceptions can be made.
