Considering this is a common problem with Lotus, there isn't a whole lot that can be done besides boosting the maximum users (which will probably be filled up) or moving your account, if it's in good standing to another server. Wish I could do something but the admins are aware of the issue, and there are plenty of reasons as to why it happens a lot.
