Why was I suspended?

I received notification of warning of suspension on 6th October. I logged in to register my activity -

It states "last account login october 6 at 9:09 am " on https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb

Yet 5 days later (and my understanding is that I only have to log in once per month) my account is suspended.

not impressed.

Especially as I have been logging in nearly EVERY day for the 21-18 months (I have a tab to X10 forum with username/password already setup on loadup).

Can somebody clarify why this account was suspended when I didn't break the terms and conditions?

Could you give me a cPanel Username? I can't seem to find the account by searching for it using your forum name...
