Cant update my domain

Please, i am having a big problem updating my main domain to "scholarshiprobot.com", which i own.
But i get a "domain already in use error" when i try to update.
Any form of help would be greatly appreciated.
I submitted this support request earlier, and I think it was calistoy now, tried to help me.
The thread was escalated, but I never got a reply from the admin................
I suppose I could use some help.

Hello,

Please remove any sub/addon/parked domains that contain the domain you want to add. I see you have at least one subdomain on your account belonging to the scholarshiprobot.com domain.
