Please go into your Account Information Panel and click on Hosting => Suspensions. Scroll down, and you will see the reason why your account was suspended.

If your account was suspended due to Inactivity, then please login to your forums and click on the Automated Unsuspend button; your site will be unsuspended in about 10 minutes.

If your account was suspended for high resource usage, then please create a Support Ticket requesting unsuspension if you are unable to use the automated system to unsuspend yourself.

If your account was suspended for other reasons (ex. TOS break) then this is a permanent suspension as stated in the Terms of Service. You can ask for another chance by creating a Support Ticket.
