Still have not got access to hosting

I set up an account 3 days ago and still dont have access to my hosting, For some reason it is only allowing me to access my forum account.

If you could help me that would be great.

What is the cPanel name that you chose? Did you ever receive an email that said the account was created?

It's the first thing you do when you signup for a hosting account. It asks for you to create a username that is 8 characters or less. That is the cPanel username. If you did not choose a cPanel username, then please clarify how you think you signed up for a hosting account. You are supposed to sign up for one here: http://x10hosting.com/

must of done then cant remember the username though i sign in using my email
