Question about Premium - Domains?

Does the premium package come with a .com or .info domain? Or would we need to purchase that separately?

Also -- If we purchase a domain from a different provider (i.e. godaddy), could we make that domain come to our website, and also mask over the x10 website domain?

By this I mean, if I buy "lissa.info" from godaddy, can I upload a file to x10hosting (i.e. "index2.html"), can I visit that page by going to lissa.info/index2.html?
