Hi all x10hosting staff, I've been enjoying your site for awhile, but when I tried going to Public FTP Root (public_ftp) in file manager it did NOT, I repeat it did NOT work. Can you try helping me out here? Thanks in advance, a caring member.

P.S. What I need help with is access to Public FTP Root (public_ftp) in cPanel.
