CPanel File Browser Problem

I open cpanels fileshare and it says "data error"
When i connect using ftp there is no files showin but yet my site is still accesable
It started after i created a new domain for my mate but i deleted that domain only
When i try and upload a file it uploas but i still get data error

Thanks man i should oflooied thru the ither threads cus when ioosted this they wer at the botton of the page
