forum account stuck in unconfirmed usergroup?

Hello. I changed my email address for forum account but never received confirmation email. So I think my forum account is stuck in the unconfirmed usergroup, as I never receive mail from the forum and can't signup for Prime Membership. I see similar problem here:

Sorry about the delay. Is there an option to re-send the confirmation email? If not, did you initiate the email change from your hosting account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control ?

Thanks Ryan. I tried re-sending the confirmation email and also changing to email addresses at different domains (hotmail, gmail hosted domain, and domain with other provider) all from the account panel but nothing seems to work. In this post, Free Hosting Prime Membership, the user had to be manually confirmed. I think because of this I am not receiving any email from the forum and also cannot sign up for Prime Membership.

the system shows that ******@hotmail.ca email is associated with your forum account and the email is in confirmed state.
