Can't log in into forums and I don't recieve any emails from the forum (registration

So I can't log in onto your forums, and when I request new password I never get the email.
Username is adel_dexter63 with adel_dexter@hotmail.com
I created a new account adeldex with adel.dexter@gmail.com and I didn't got the registration email.
I thought maybe you had some problems with email sending so I waited few days and I still don't receive any emails as of today. And I checked junk/spam folders and filters twice (all empty :)
I hope you can help me with this :)

Go to your account panel to change or update your password. It'll update it to the same password for your account panel, forum account, and cPanel. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php
