Unable to change domain name back to .x10.bz

Hello there x10hosting!

Today I changed my domain name (alphasystem.x10.bz) by accident to the new domain namethat i have (alphasystem.com.au.ts).

Now I wish to change my domain back to my original domain (alphasystem.x10.bz). So I went into change my hosting details and tried to update main domain (http://alphasystem.x10.bz) but it keeps coming and saying that domain is already in use.

Also, I added it as a addon domain but then I deleted it but for some reason it keeps showing up in my "Hosting Account Management" and that's got me worried.

Another thing ... I had a sub domain armagetronadvanced.alphasystem.x10.bz but I have removed it from the cpanel but it still shows up in my "Hosting Account Management".

I would appreciate the help and assistance in fixing these problems that I have listed above.

Hello,

I have queued your domain to be changed back to your x10.bz and removed the nonexistent addon/subdomain from your account panel. The domain change should happen in around 5-10 minutes.

although i'm waiting for the domain name to be changed back, thanks for removing the other two problems that I had faced

Yup my domain has changed and has started to work normally again. Many thanks.

Now I only have one question left...

Before, when I searched my domain in the search bar, it usually goes straight to the home page (although for a few days it showed the http://alphasystem.x10.bz/home.htm full direction but after that it simply became http://alphasystem.x10.bz) but now, even after putting a redirect, it doesn't seem to go to home.htm page and that I have to manually type http://alphasystem.x10.bz/home.htm ...

Can that be fixed?

You could rename the page to index.html, which is loaded by default when you don't specify a filename when loading your website

That said, your redirect seems to be working fine for me, as I am presented with that page when trying to load your base site.

Well i removed the redirect and instead a renamed home.htm to index.html and then tried http://alphasystem.x10.bz however it keeps coming to this page: http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/

is there an invisible problem here or is my browser just being an idiot?

heh i should've known ... it would've been my browser :P

I just cleared the cache and immediately it worked!

*sigh*

anyway all my problems have been fixed.
