My website suddenly stopped loading.

My website (http://welcomeinn.forum.pcriot.com/phpBB3) suddenly stopped loading. It was working perfectly fine, then it stopped. What has happened?

Also Control Panel X will not load. It gives me a message:

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (License not activated)

Yes, Chopin is down for maintenance too.

Following Boru and Lotus we are now doing a chassis swap on Chopin. We are in the early stages and no downtime is expected until we get to the IP Swap. An update will be posted closer to that time.

We will be starting the IP migration, after it is complete we need to reinstall some licensed software including Litespeed. Updates will follow. @ 6:38AM EDT
