My Ftp is not working... please help

my ftp is not working

Status: Connecting to 184.154.58.130:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".

This might be due to the recent maintenance on Lotus, I'm not sure about this though.
Could you post what 'Host' you are using in your FTP Client's server configuration?

So are you using ftp.mydomain.x10.mx (replacing mydomain.x10.mx with your domain name) as your FTP host?

It appears Lotus's FTP server is offline, probably due to the recent maintenace. Hopefully an admin will fix it soon, in the meantime please be patient
