domain change taking too long ID-- VCItoaAMsAF8

Hi!! i have made an account with your reputed service and my initial domain name was szmc.x10.mx. later i sighned up for a domain in the name szmc.com.bd and used it as a main domain. it worked the first time bt now i can not change it the second time. the domain change request is VCItoaAMsAF8 and its been over 24 hours since i have requested it.

If you changed it back to the .x10.mx, then it's successfully changed over. Please clear your browser's cache and try to access it again. Your site is loading just fine with that domain.

it is working with szmc.10x.mx but not with szmc.com.bd.. i changed it to szmc.com.bd the second time..thnx

I tried to troubleshoot the 500 error over IRC with no luck. The addon domain isn't showing up in the backend either. Requesting staff assistance.
