While I only have a test account on Starka, I'm having difficulty in seeing where your issue is taking place. I don't see an edit button relating to rows in a Table, but rather a change button that works as it should when selected. Now if you're choosing the Edit button for the Table Indexes, that would be another question which you should ask a bit more in depth about.
