FTP issue: Connexion refused

Hi Team.

I'm on the Lotus server and I read that all issues have been resolved. That sounds great!

Anyway, I tried to reach my FTP and the only message that I have is: "Connexion refused".
Do you know why? Do I have anything to do on my side?
Is it a new issue on Lotus server?

If I have to provide any other details, please tell me.

It seems that this issue is now resolved: I can access to the FTP.
Do you know the RFO and if this incident is definitively resolved?
