ftp connection problem still there inr lotus

Hello,was the servicing of lotus meant to resolve the FTP issue?

If is was,then it's far from resolved.I still can't connect to my site using ftp.The server entirely refused any connection.

Status: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error: Could not connect to server
