Unable to login to SFTP using FileZilla

Hey there, I recently just made an account with X10 hosting and have to say I love it so far! However, I am unable to login with the SFTP. I attempted to click the Configure FTP Client link in cPanel for both FTP and SFTP but had no luck. I even tried doing in manually. It seems like it wants to connect at first... Well, here is the message I get in FileZilla:
Status: Connecting to ftp.cadetandrew.x10.mx...

Error: Fatal: unable to initialise SFTP on server: could not connect

Just to clarify, this would take me to my root folder? Because I recently did create an add-on domain in cPanel for pncguild.net. But unfortunately I can't upload all the files I need to unless I get my FTP client correctly connected. (It would take way to long using the File Manager provided in cPanel.)

Please try using FTP instead of SFTP and see if it will work. You can do so by logging into Port 21 instead of Port 22.

Alright, I did that and it seems to have connected, now I get this error:
Error: Failed to parse returned path.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Okay I fixed it! I went to the Advanced tab and changed Server type to Default and it connected just fine. Thanks!
