suspended or not?

I get an Suspended page errors, but https://x10hosting.com/control/ says that I'm "x10 Prime active".
I reset the password, I changed the main domain - still suspended errors.
I cannot login to cPanel.
What is going on?

What does it say when you try to log into cpanel?

Login Attempt Failed!
I try to enter my username and password and again "Login Attempt Failed!"

FTP is also unavailable.
"Response: 331 User ********** OK. Password required
Command: PASS **************
Response: 530 Login authentication failed"

I did change the pass in FileZilla also.
