Can´t access site and cpanel

I can´t access cpanel and my web site (www.mymemories.x10.mx) since about a month ago.

If you have not logged into the forums for over a month, then your account may have got permanently deleted due to inactivity.
As stated in the Terms of Service, it is required that every member on x10Hosting logs into the forums once every 31 days.
Usually you will get an email stating your account is suspended, and give you a chance to get it back. However, if it has exceeded 45 days then the account is permanently deleted.

Are you able to login to the AIP at https://x10hosting.com/control ?
If not, then I think the above may have happened.

To your question, yes, I can access the URL you mentioned, and I can login to the forum. In fact, I just joined to a group.

Does this means that my account has not been canceled, or not necessarily?
