i log in after months and my site has gone and i cant make a new one and when i try to create a ticket it says
Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.

What was your cPanel username and when was the last time you saw your site online? If your account was in a suspended state, even for inactivity, for 14 days or more, then it would have automatically and completely deleted itself.

my username in cpanel was nikox91
and propably they have delete it for inactivity
but know why i cant to something you know create a newone

What happens when you try to create a new account? Are there any error messages?
Have you logged into your account panel first before signing up again?
