domain not working

hello I have been trying to get my domain to work I have added it as my main domain and I changed the nameservers to the x10 server im not sure what to do but I cant even build my website yet

For some reason when I visit your domain I get a Parked Website page. No idea what is up with that, but I would double check your domain's settings over at Tucows to ensure there wasn't something left over from a previous use, perhaps a stale A Record. I do see the x10 Nameservers being used for the domain, and the domain is offering up an x10Hosting server as a second address, so you've got it at least set up in that aspect. We just need to see why it's presenting incorrect information.

ok I am not sure who tucows is I had the domain set up with nexx hosting I moved it here for the free account the only thing i did on the next server is change the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. I am not sure whats going on but now I don't get the error message I just get a search page on my website no mater what directory. I was setting up my webpage on the home folder but shortly after I started getting the search page. Now to be honest I did accidentally delete the cgi-bin folder but I created a new one. now I cant get anything to work I am so frustrated! the last time I changed a server it was no big deal. should I transfer the domain registrar? should i do something with that A thing you were talking about, I don't know what that is and have never done anything to it before soo...
