I really searched everywhere but I can't get it work :/

File or directory permissions are set too high: Files should be 0644, directories 0755.
Problem with your .htaccess file.

Permissions are set right.
What problem can I have with .htaccess file?

And I have absolutely no idea what is a CGI script. Help me please.

If you don't know what a cgi script is, then you don't have to worry about it.

As for your .htaccess, could you post it's contents so that we can determine if there is a problem?

God thanks you replied, actually, my .htaccess is empty. So I renamed it (for the file manager to re-create it) then deleted the renamed one and kept the original one. Still nothing.

My file is not in a folder, only is public_html and its permission is 0644.

Is it an index file?

There is another user with the same problem on the same server. I'll alert the admin about this.

my public_html permission is 0750
