Lotus Internal Server Error

Hi, I have the same problem of other users into server Lotus.
I get an error 500 for "/", 404 for all other files.

.htaccess is empty.
How can I solve?

And... Softaculos get this error:

Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Others have been having similar problems on your server Lotus. Sorry about these problems, hopefully they will be resolved soon
