hello, Always when i try to put some files packages like folders etc into my FTP with filezilla its always says

Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Delaying connection for 5 seconds due to previously failed connection attempt...

and then re connection, uploads like 2-5 files and

Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Delaying connection for 5 seconds due to previously failed connection attempt...

again..

How do i fix this? thanks
