    Softaculous and parked domain problem

    Hi,

    I've just recently got my free hosting account approved, took quite some time... Anyways I tried Softaculous but it's not working, it gave me this error:

    Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
    Second problem is parked domain, tried parking "amirsblog.co.cc", I know the nameserver is ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Already done that. But when I tried parking the domain, it gave me this error:

    Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully synchronized with Jackmunch. Array ( [0] => <pre>Array [1] => ( [2] => [0] => /jackmunch/bin/node-domain-action.php [3] => [1] => eldron [4] => [2] => park [5] => [3] => amirsblog.co.cc [6] => ) [7] => </pre>Error: Jackmunch response contained an error: Permission denied for user server.lotus@[hostname] for command HOSTING-DOMAINACTION )
    Please help me, thanks...

    Yes this issue is known and is pending administrator's action. Until this issue is fixed, you can still install software manually.
