Mail error: Gid 7358 is not permitted to relay mail, or has directly called /usr/sbin

I have my own domain posted at x10hosting. The address is http://alfamasculin.ro
When somebody try to register to my site or forum or to subscribe to newsletter, they don't get any confirmation email, instead i receive an error to my email address vasyian@yahoo.com (the default address for my x10hosting account):

Seems that you should set phpBB so that the "From" address is an email account on your account, ie vasyian at alfamasculin dot ru

But the same error i have when someone try to comment on posts from my site, ex:
