Unable to access softaculous

Hi,
Am unable to access softaculous on Lotus.
The error message :

Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

Softaculous is currently offline for some of the servers due lack of the ionCube loader; the administrators have been notified.
