Login problems

When I log in to my area, a login message appears for my user name and password. However, when I type those in, it says "Login failed". I've tried the user names "heimann.david@gmail.com" (the e-mail address in the account), "david@davidheimann.elementfx.com" (the Web e-mail address), and "heimann.david59" (the user name for the forum). I also changed the password, tried logging in with the new password, which failed, then changed the password back. Nothing seems to work. How do I log into my account?
