Hi Support,

i want to install a blog i have had Wordpress Blog developed.
The developer has asked me for the following:

"I need root login for a complete cpmove including db, or you have to contact
your host and they will do it for free."

Can you assist me with this, as i have no clue what he requires and thought
best to run it past you guys, look forward to your feedback, thanks.

Free hosting does not permit root access. You, however, move a database using the phpMyAdmin feature in cPanel after creating a database:
