From August, 2011, every day I have tens of messages containing abracadabra and advertising sent as "product comments" from ip addresses 193.34.144.193, 178.238.232.244 and 178.238.232.234. I addressed these messages to the service provider which name was behind these ip addresses, but the spamming has tripled from that moment.
How can I block the person who is spamming at my web site?

Use a .htaccess blacklist to prevent these IP from accessing your website.
