Problems with hosting.

Hello.
I have problems with my hosting at x10hosting.com

Site is not working at all.
Ftp account works well, exist folder structure including the folder to put site into - "public_html" . Mail account is working well too.
CP panel and all it's features are working fine.
I put my site dir to the server throught ftp , but nothing works at all. File index.html exist in the root of site.
Hosting shows message:
Server Error

There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

The server Lotus is currently having problems right now where websites are showing Server Error. The administrators have been notified.
